Muskoka Boat gallery is an example of "all talk and no action". We bought a boat from these CROOKS and when we took it back due to an undisclosed problem, they spent more time boasting about their marvellous reputation and "integrity" than time spent fixing what they had attempted to cover up. I recently traveled to the Muskoka region, and when I lunched my boat….. dead battery due to leaving some electronics on, unfortunately we did not have a booster, I called the boat gallery and they said they would charge it no problem when I asked what the bill was, they politely said we hope you have a better day on the water go enjoy!
This August, my X46 needed a wiring harness, which is a 10 minute job. Unfortunately, the boat is on Scugog, a 2hr trailer from MBG. Chris the owner personally came to our cottage, replaced both harnesses, test drove it, put the cover back on, and back on the boat lift. All while I was out of town on business. This is my second boat with MBG since 2016. Chris, Logan and Britt Poole have always made themselves available if I needed help. But this was above and beyond. Thank you — you saved my end of summer boating! ♥️
