Muskoka Boat Gallery handled the recent flood situation on Lake Muskoka with professionalism and efficiency under very difficult circumstances. They managed to accommodate our circumstances in a seamless way that allowed us to enjoy our family experience on the lake uninterrupted.
Great experience for a first time cottage owner! Krystal Lee picked up the phone on the Sunday of the long weekend when I called asking about replacing the Boston Whaler that came with the cottage purchase, and that I had just towed back to the dock. She said she wasn't in sales, but by Tuesday they had a newer boat in my name :) Thank you Krystal! Have had great service experiences with this organization and now sales too!
I called Muskoka Boat Gallery this morning as I was very concerned about the rising water levels on Lake Muskoka and asked if someone could take a look as the water is still rising. They sent someone to our place a couple of hours later which is unheard of these days and for which I am extremely grateful. The boat floated off its beams and the Bimini top was within an inch of our ceiling, another day and it would have been crushed. I can’t say enough positive things about Logan and Nathan and the team at Muskoka Boat Gallery. With all the flooding on Lake Muskoka, and the risk of our boat damaging the boathouse due to the rising water level, Logan and Nathan came to get our boat as soon as the ice was out. They safely stored it under cover on land and sent me a picture showing how and where it had been stored.
