I am new to the town of Huntsville, and I just walked into this place, looking for some bolts for my snow plough instantly one of the old men there had a bad attitude, and I was definitely inconvenienced him to help me look for some bolts for my snow plough And then the other cranky ones came out from the back. I called MAP to help me source parts for my car. Kevin was INCREDIBLY helpful and brought up numerous options and pricing for me while I was on the 20-minute call with him. I'm not very 'car-savvy', so having someone explain the options and make recommendations for me was wonderful. He even asked for others' opinions while I was on the line (and I could tell it was a very busy time in the store). Thank you, Kevin!
