Muskogee Abstract & Title Company recently helped my husband and I with the purchase of our new home, while also handling the sell of our old home. They made sure to schedule the closings so that we could buy and sell on the same day. Muskogee Abstract & Title Company also saved us over $200 in closing fees, since their fees are less than the Tulsa company our realtor wanted to use. I highly recommend them!

Word of caution, do not use this abstract company. They are inefficient and unprofessional. I am surprised that they still in the business. Terrible, terrible service. If you want to save headaches than don't deal with this company.
This office is a model of inefficiency and incompetence. When I received and accepted an offer on my home, I did not receive a call or an email regarding the closing and the needed documents. I HAD TO initiate the contact at the very last second and even then, there was no sense of urgency. As a result, my closing was postponed.
This place was really great. They had a toy box with all kinds of toys in it for the kids to play with. Which made it easier on me while we were closing on our house. The closer was friendly and helpful, she answered all of our questions. I now know what an abstract is and how important it is to have one. Plus they'll store the abstract for us for free, so that's one less thing for me to keep track of. I'll definitely be a return customer.
