2/12/2026 Once again, I’m disappointed and have to report that Musketeer has dropped the ball. They failed to provide my W-2 by January 30, 2026. It is now February 12 and I was forced to leave a voicemail with Sara the owner requesting they provide the W-2 or I will have to call the state of Missouri as well as the IRS to report a formal complaint. 10/25/2025 payday is here and of course Musketeer is retaliating and not paying me for the time that I worked between October 6 and October 20. This juvenile form of retaliation is just going to damage this company’s reputation even further. I will be contacting the state of Missouri as well as the Department of labor first thing Monday morning. I do not have a paycheck deposited by closing of business on Monday. I will not go into specifics about this experience due to privacy issues that exist. Owner knows the exact the reasons why it’s here. I’ll leave it to her to make the necessary changes to create and ensure better experience for her clients, as well as the caregivers who support and advocate for them.
