Now living in New York, I was notified that I had an outstanding balance. The notifications were going to an address in Florida, not exactly sure why, I've never lived in Florida ever. needless to say, I called and spoke with a very pleasant woman who helped out with getting it taken care of and also helped update the address. Aside from sending the notifications to Florida, this was excellent customer service, speedy resolve, friendly, and professional.
outright rude over the phone for no reason! genuinely surprised at how unabashedly unfriendly they were.
Nice, down to earth staff that are willing to listen and help you. Treat them with respect.
