My wife and I dropped in while we were in town from Houston, TX visiting family. We did the noon class and we loved it. It was very similar to what we are used to at our home gym (Bellhouse Crossfit) in TX. Great coaching as well and the people were very welcoming. Everything you love to see when you drop in at a new gym. Highly recommend to anyone looking to drop in or join a new gym!
I dropped in twice this week while visiting from out of town. Excellent facility and excellent coaching from Coach Jeff. Members were very welcoming as well
