Bus 31 failed to stop to pick me up today. 1st time rider, not a good experience. Do you need to stand in the middle of the road or something? I never see people on the bus as it is, is this why? I'm a handicapped individual who uses a cane. Even called the office and wasn't even notified of another bus scheduled, if I could possibly catch it at another stop or anything. Completely horrible first and probably only attempt at riding this bus system. At least I know if I walk I can rely on myself because this is not reliable

They made a mistake and done nothing to help and fix left a person stranded in wheelchair that made the plans a day ago..
I wish they would go back to the later hours (9pm-10pm) and not have the last run of the day at 5pm. Also, Saturdays were discontinued and would love to see them back.
