We can't say enough about Dr. Kafura. He goes out of his way to explain things and give you options with compassion and empathy. We had to make the very tough decision to say goodbye to our beloved 19 year old kitty after a year of kidney disease. He was with us the entire step of the way and made us feel secure we were making the right decision. We've never felt rushed and always felt heard. We will continue with him with our other kitties.
Amazing staff and well kept cleanliness.
Been coming here for years. We have had cats for many years, mostly female. Our last cat passed away several years ago, and the staff were incredibly kind when we had to make difficult end of life decisions. Any decision like that is hard, and they always showed respect, compassion, and genuine care. We recently adopted a new cat, Stu. He was a stray, about a year old.
