Literally over 3 months of trying to communicate with a rep via email to ship my order to me. Finally had to open a dispute to get my money back and then I got an email response the next day saying they couldn’t do anything because of the dispute. I’m so disappointed I’ll never get my signed albums, but I’ve exhausted all my patience.
