I am very disappointed with this company. I bought a poster from the Coldplay official merch store after I went to their concert. My zip code ended up being one number off so USPS couldn't deliver it to me. I called as soon as I noticed there was a problem and saw the poster was returned to sender. They said they would put a note on it to relabel and reship. Over a month later and I have been just told that a refund was processed, even though they said I would get my item. This is the worst company to ever deal with, they never give you an update. You ask for it, you never hear back from them, then you go to cancel the order. And they ignore you. I will never ever order anything from this company again!!!
