Contracted this company as part of a $3 million+ build on a 10,000sq ft luxury home. Experienced tons of issues, very poor service, and even worse after-sales service. Camera system constantly malfunctions, Lutron lighting not set-up properly and still experiencing issues, sound system constantly needs resetting. The worst part is every time we request them to come fix something that was installed/set-up poorly, they quote us thousands of dollars. Have been using Musico for all my projects for over 10 years. Very professional and great to deal with.
We had a home security camera system installed and they were very helpful from the start, helping us to choose the right system for us. From there, they were on time and professional, and did a great job with installation. We also appreciated them taking the time to walk us through operating everything and answering all our questions.
I have known Musico for a long time professionally but when it came to having work done in my own home Rolando sent his son Mathew to my place - he came when promised and solved my problems promptly. Charges were reasonable Doug Hubbert
