I purchased a home last year and the seller included a termite inspection. Musick Pest Control decided to fraudulently change the seller’s name to mine and sign me up for an annual termite policy without authorization or permission. They showed up while I wasn’t home, walked in a circle around the house, claimed there was no sign of termites and left me a $200 bill.
