I have been a loyal Musicbed customer for many years and recently we stopped our subscription because they raised the costs from a few hundred up to a few thousand. Now they are going back to all the videos we have posted in the past and copyright claiming them even though we had the license and a subscription all those years. Watch out if you are using Musicbed because it doesn't matter if you have a subscription, as soon as your subscription is done they will go back and copyright claim all the videos you have.

Shady. I was a customer for two years. I went into my account to turn off the auto renewal. It never occurred to me that they would be the rare company that’s predatory. When I saw the charge, I inquired - and it was useless. You’d think I was trying to get out of a timeshare. So many reviews caution the same. As a customer, you have rights with your credit card company. Just be transparent with your cc company throughout the entire process. File a chargeback. Musicbed gets hit with a fee. RUN! Do NOT use this company. Terrible practice of locking in contracts. They send ONE email among thousands of spam emails warning you of an auto renewal. No other warning. You miss that email and you’re screwed. I contacted them asking to cancel. Was responded to but when I attempted to cancel per the instructions I was kicked out of the website. Over and over again. They won’t cancel though via email. Any company that has to use this sort of practice is not worth your time. So many other much better businesses to work wit... read more

Very sneaky and manipulative. I tried to sign up for an account that was $30 a month but it charged me $99 and refused to cancel the subscription. They clearly don’t care about the customer only the cashflow they can cheat out of you
