This year was my first year staying here. They held a ladies christian convention that my church was involved in. The room was wonderful and was VERY clean. The employees were extra nice. Me, my mom and daughter will DEFINITELY be back.we hope to take a family trip next time and include the men this time. Lol
Love the hotel! The beds are very comfortable. The rooms are nice. The employees are very friendly and helpful. The food is great. The pool is awesome!
We love this place! The rooms are large , comfortable and very clean. The staff is awesome , very friendly and helpful , this summer was my family's first time staying here but they treated us like we were old friends , the pools were great and the breakfast was delicious . The lobby was very inviting as we'll as the patio overlooking the river , we will certainly be back again and looking forward to our next visit!

We LOVE this place!! We stay here EVERY time we come to Pigeon Forge and we come 3-5 Times a year! The staff is like family now LOL! The hotel is always clean and very well maintained and the staff will do whatever they need to do to make your stay great. (Even having the maintenance guys jump your car off). The hotel is convenient to everything but not on the busy strip, it is a very peaceful setting by the river. They have a GREAT breakfast too!! Look forward to going back this weekend!!!
