Jack is a grumpy old man who did not provide what he said he could. How do we spell it, ambient or ambience music? My guests complained about his huge ego.
Should be MusicNo! Where do I begin. He messed up the music, his employee hassled my grandkids about the Photo Booth usage, argued with my wedding coordinator about where he would set up and threw a tantrum. Doesn’t take responsibility for his screw ups. Sat in front during the wedding next to the officiant and the bride and groom which was highly inappropriate. Great experience! As soon as we got in touch with Jack, we knew the AV for our wedding was not going to be a concern. We knew we just needed something simple and Jack was incredibly helpful in helping us figure out the best option. We rented a speaker system for our wedding and Jack made that whole process extremely easy. The system worked great.
