Our AV and music system is pretty complex, but he’s always been able to step in—whether it’s for upgrades, repairs, or troubleshooting—and get everything running smoothly. His skills are top-notch, clearly built through years of hands-on experience. We’ve always appreciated his reliability, expertise, and the peace of mind that comes with knowing he’s just a call away.
We have been working with Richard for about nine years. Our system was set up by another company, and Richard is able to make repairs and perform any work that is needed just as if he were the original installer. He is highly skilled, honest, and the work he does is excellent.
