Customer service often takes a back seat to just making a buck. We've all experienced it. I believe in people taking care of people and is Music City Trailer repair is in lock step with that ethos. Developed a bit of an emergency with my trailer on the way back to MN from Daytona. Stopped in Nashville to meet up with some relatives for another short vacation and searched for a trailer repair company that could help me. Great customer service and very accommodating. I had a trailer emergency on my way back from Daytona, headed back home to MN. They got me right and addressed everything. Ron, Rambo and young ladies in the office........all great people and so friendly. So greatful to all of them. Don't hesitate one bit if you have a trailer issue. They will get it done, no doubt.
Absolutely outstanding service. David did an amazing job getting my trailer worked on as quick as possible. They were so quick I didn’t even notice they did it. Its not that far off the highway and the lot is very spacious. Save this place cause they’re worth coming to.
