I went in for a loose perm and cut. I have hair only a few inches past my neck and was charged extra for long hair. So the $65 I was quoted from the manager turned out to be $83. Plus the $35 I was quoted somehow turned into $40 for a cut! Not even 24 hours after this perm my hair is flat! Very disappointed with the service and services I received.
