Chad Chance and Music City Exteriors did a great job are replacing the cement fiber board siding on the back of our house. They completed the job in one day on schedule and cleaned up great afterwards. Very responsive communication. We would recommend them and we would use them again.

On the 4th of July, our house along with the neighbors suffered fire damage from someone being a little reckless with their fireworks. After diving down the rabbit hole called Angie’s List, I was about to give up. I reached out to Music City Exteriors. I was surprised when someone answered the phone (other than an answering service), and lo and behold it was the owner Chad. Music City Exteriors did a rear gutter replacement for us a couple of years ago, they did great work, charged a fair price and we were happy. Just called and emailed to have a front gutter assessed, after two days no response. It’s disappointing to have a great experience then be ghosted.

I would give Chad Chance and Music City Exteriors 10 stars if possible. Our insurance company took over three months to approve our hale and wind claim. Initially only approving a partial roof replacement, without gutter replacement. Our existing shingles had been discontinued years before. State Farm proposed repairing the roof with shingles that were not a match. Chad went to bat for us, patiently submitting additional photos and ordering the shingle suggested to illustrate how far off the color was. He stayed in touch wit... read more

I had someone from this company come out to give us an estimate to repair the exterior of our home. We had multiple damaged areas due to the tornado that hit Clarksville in December. The initial estimate that was sent to me failed to include the main area of our roof that needed repair… No big deal, people make mistakes.
