I purchased a 2020 Toyota tundra from these people through a loan from another financial institutiony sales person Graham Collins said that I needed a higher down payment of 8000 dollars to get approved for a loan and that my down payment would go to the total cost of my vehicle when all the paperwork was finalized my down payment did not go to the total cost of my vehicle they pocketed my down payment for there selves I gave them ample time to fix there wrong doings and they still haven't so I had to revert to getting a law... read more
Stay away from this dealership if you’ve prepared to use you own financing. They raise the price of the vehicle if you’re not financing through them so they can make money off of your loan.

Horrible had someone try to over sell me on the sticker price and when we Negotiated he slid in more money than the agreement.. I finally saw someone call y’all out so I will to. Thieves
There sticker prices are not actual, they have hidden fees unless you have to go through them for financing or some thing that they make the rest of the money off of and they have one real big shark there who will make sure it happens if he sees an opportunity don’t believe what he says the final prices is be sure to look at the piece of paper there is a specific dealer there that will tell you what your price will be and hope you don’t notice it on the final paperwork that it’s totally different there are a few good people ... read more
My husband was looking for a certain type of vehicle. They called him, saying they had something for him. We got there and right off the bat, we could see it was the wrong type of vehicle. We were told it was just detailed but the cup holders, console and door interiors were dirty. Counting seeing the other reviews, that's strike three. They wanted his keys for us to test drive it. I bought a truck almost 10 months ago and an extended warranty it was supposed to cover pretty much everything. The truck has had nothing but issues since I bought it. I have called seven times to speak to the service department and have had to leave a message every single time and nobody calls back.
