Great customer experience, friendly staff, great work on installs. Very quick
I was really pleased with my experience working with Music City 4x4. From the beginning, Joey went above and beyond to research and send me several lift options that fit my request. The work was quick and while I haven't been offroad with it yet, I have driven it every day since and have not heard or felt any issues. All the staff were kind, friendly, and knowledgeable. I will definitely use them again and recommend to anyone looking to change or upgrade their offroad or mall crawling rigs.
IWell I own a 2020 jeep rubicon had music city 4x4 install new front Bumper rock lights light bar and third ring brake light well as of 3/30/25 my jeep broke down cause of breaking down the alternator shorted out burnt the battery hot post completly lose from the battery which shorted out the aux battery. Well finding the plug on the light bar before it goes into the box which they installed on top of the main battery had shorted out and costed me $2323.36 in repairs the light bar had not even ever been turned on maybe 4 tim... read more

Her time quote was very accurate and the price was very competitive. Thank you Jill for an amazing customer service experience!
They did a great job. Jill was great to work with! There was an issue getting parts. Jill worked to get parts from another vendor to get the work done quickly. Really happy with the end product.
