Our group was scheduled to go to Israel on 10/8/23. When all hell broke lose on 10/7/23 I contacted MCI to find out what to do. Luke, the manager on duty, said the issue was just a "skirmish" that would resolve itself in a day or so. Luke said the "people on the ground" in Israel said it was still good to go to Israel that the trip was not cancelled. WOW!
