Don was truly knowledgeable, able to diagnose the issue over the phone--his emails were clear and detailed, the repair was perfect and done quickly. Its not easy to find a craftsman with his skill and his efficiency! I would not hesitate to contact him again.

Don was very communicative, and extremely knowledgeable. He repaired the movement from a family heirloom that had not worked for at least 25 years. I would trust him completely with any music box service/repair.
