My daughter was "diagnosed" in office with a lung infection and started on antibiotics right away. I questioned if she should wait to start after the results of chest XRAY. We were told she has one we are just waiting for confirmation. The results showed ZERO infection. We then had to purchase probiotics and yogurt and Canestan to treat secondary infection (yeast) caused by antibiotics. You're not supposed to give antibiotics unless there's a proven infection. Doesn’t listen.
I’ve tried calling to get my prescription refilled for 6 business days straight 7-8x a day only to wait for 20+ minutes unanswered before giving up. Then I asked my pharmacy to fax them to get the prescription and they sent over the wrong one. It’s now Friday again and their office isn’t open and I’ll have to go another 3 days minimum before getting my prescription. Not impressed in the slightest tiniest bit.
Dr. Muzammil is a fantastic Doctor. Listens, compassionate, extremely intelligent. His receptionist Amanda is also really nice!
