I accompanied my mother. My mother was met with an attitude that was both dismissive and demeaning. His behavior was rude and unhelpful which not only left her feeling dismissed but also feeling physically and emotionally distrubed.Dr. Kaisey showed frustration, criticism, and condescending demeanor towards my mother.
