We purchased a Ford Fusion from this place recently. The car was sold with only the teenager key and they did not inform us that we would also need the admin key to change settings on the car. They were not willing to pay for a admin key when we realised we needed it. The car was also in a front end collision prior to us purchasing it. The damage was pooly fixed, and some things were not fixed at all. The car also has lots of rust everywhere that they did not mention. Excellent sales and service. Recently purchased a vehicle here and had an overall very good experience. It was winter when the car was purchased so when it warmed up they promptly charged the A/C (as MPI empties it when they send cars to auction).
