These folks seem really nice and knowledgeable but I didn't have a positive experience. I had them file a tax extension for me towards the end of the window. However, afterwards they never returned any of my phone calls or emails. I was worried they never filed my extension so I contacted the IRS and they confirmed it was filed. I'm not sure why the never returned any communications. I've been waiting for a call or email back for 2.5 months. I really wanted to work with them but it didn't work out.
