I just want to thank and congratulate the staff for a recent visit with my son, who broke his arm at school. Having arrived we were helped very promptly, very kindly and he received outstanding treatment in a remarkably short time. I love the workers here as they treated my nan perfectly for 6 months. So kind and helpful. Very consoling to us when my nan passed. Large parking, you may be thinking, 'why 3 stars if they were kind? ', well PARKING was a FORTUNE! £9 for 2 hours?!?!? You're having a laugh!?!??

Don't bother taking your car, they'll extort you on parking charges by hanging out wait times, instead get an ambulance to take you so you don't have to pay parking. Absolute daylight robbery. Absolute joke of a hospital, receptionists lie to you, then the one sitting next to the lying one come out with more lies. At least get on the same page if you're going to bullshit your way through a shift. The only way to be seen in this hospital is wearing bracelets and with a police escort. I attended with servere back pain and I have never been treated better in an a&e. I'm used to derriford in Plymouth where you can wait 6hours to be triaged but here it only took 30 minutes. I was kept in over night and cannot sign the praises of the staff enough. Everyone was absolutely lovely.
