Doctor Jessica Nickell is the most thorough, empathetic and caring doctor. Not to mention she is such a delightful lady. I feel so very fortunate to have her as my doctor. Thank you Doctor Jess you are one in a million.
Thank you to all the staff and doctors at Musgrave Street Medical. I have been attending this clinic as a child, with my children and now with my grandchildren over 50 years. Abrupt phone manner. Doctors change and don’t bother to follow up test results.
Our GREAT GP Dr Scott Thomson is moving from myhealth Coolangatta to a fulltime position at this practice early January 2025. Dr Scott has made it clear that he will be bulking billing all his patients with Commonwealth Health Care cards. I checked the practice before Christmas 2024. The mature receptionist was very rude and abrupt. She said this is a private practice that does not bulk bill patients. She needs to consider a career change as her attitude does not suit a caring medical practice.
