Horrible, don't be fooled by the plants out front, response to multiple requests for basic maintenance is a hassle, people nearly always screaming outside the building, people that are giving this place 5 stars are paid to do so and the security guard leaves at 11 or doesn't show up, the people in the office don't show up most days even on day they're supposed to be.
Let me start off by saying Jazzmarie is amazing,I don't know what time of day these reviews were written but something is Terrible wrong. I moved in when the manager was Cathy very well respected Women.Who passed away. Now we have a New Manager who is not available or afraid to deal with tenants issues. It's a Prison No furniture in the community room for a Few years now. 1st floor bathroom was taken away from tenants and now belongs to the management staff 🧐 .Tenants hangout in front of the building, sitting on top of the ... read more
Soy residente de este lugar,tengo problemas con mis paquetes de Amazon etc.Razón las utilidades que dicen en su hoja de contrato se están incumpliendo,todo lo que mencionan como, que tiene gym está bajo llave en todo momento.Tiene cuarto de computadoras vengan a ver si encuentran alguna en el área designada.Tiene salón de reuniones de los residentes ,en dicho lugar tienen los casilleros de entrega de paquetes.Se encuentra todo el tiempo cerrado con llave no se puede usar para el propósito de compartir con los demás residente... read more
