I called to ask questions before booking so I would book properly and know my options - the receptionist was extremely condescending/Spoke to me like I was stupid/ had an awful attitude. I have tons of experience in getting piercings and know how someone is supposed to treat customers and this is NOT it ! Definitely will not be going here!
Thought I needed repiercing, I just needed professional help! Kae and Danni were awesome! I felt really comfortable and they were both very friendly and knowledgeable. They answered all my questions and helped me select the best earrings for me. It’s always a pleasure to receive excellent customer service.
Gigi was very professional, she gave important info for aftercare, she was kind and helped me breath through my work. I love the results, the building is clean and neat. Prices are fair.
Kae (hopefully spelling that right) and Daniel (hopefully that is also right I’m terrible with names) were so so so so amazing and kind!!!! It felt like I was chatting with friends they were both so nice and fun. Daniel was amazing with helping me pick out my jewelry and Kae was really generous in talking me through the piercing. It was painful for me because my nostrils are spicy but they made sure I was comfortable!! It was all so positive and I got a cute butterfly piercing!!!
I walked in for a septum piercing and Gigi was amazing, professional, and made my experience incredibly relaxing. I would highly recommend this location and Gigi for your piercing needs.
