Total waste of money – I took my mom and mother-in-law in for a deep tissue massage for mother's day and it's a waste of money. My mother-in-law was complaining because the girl was not good at all. When she massage her, she put her elbow over her back and my mother-in-law felt like a 300 lbs person fell on her back. My mom didn't like hers either. She said they were not very well trained at massaging. Both of them were very disappointing at the massage session. It's totally a waste of money. I wanted to be special for them ... read more
Very Good! What an awesome place , it is not cheap but it is worth every penny
Best In Fresno – I thought my overall experience was exceptional in regards to other spas in fresno. I felt very relaxed, and appreciated during my Manicure, facial and massage. The girls made small talk when necessary but overall were professional. I've had a multitude of services throughout the U.S. and Muses will be where I go back next time I am in Fresno. P.S. there is a ton of cool shaded parking in the parking structure below the building.
Total waste of money and time. – I love going to spas and thought by the looks of the place that Muses would be great...I was wrong! First, I was greeted with blank stares from the women sitting at the front desk. I found out later that one of the women was the owner!! While I waited, I overheard some employees making very rude comments about other customers. Needless to say, my facial and pedicure were uncomfortable at best. Over priced – I had to try it. Have tried them all. I can not believe people pay 120.00 for a facial. It was not even very good! Very routine. Left feeling like I still had stuff on my face other than the moisturizer. She also can not do any extractions what so ever. Then why the high price tag? She does not do Bikini waxes. Someone there does Brazilin waxes but it starts at 80.00. If people were smart, they would look around and see it is not the Name of the place or the location that matters. great customer service and relaxing atmosphere!! – I have received many spa services around town, and my experience at Muses was by far the best. The decor throughout the spa really brings a relaxing and welcoming vibe that you just don't see in other spas these days. The customer service is excpetional; they really do care about you! I received the Ultimate Getaway package ina giftcard, which is a full day of pampering and I left completely in awe!!
