Musee saved my beautiful carpet which had a large rust stain from a table base which was made worse by a company I had come try and clean it at my house. I should have called Musee first as I have used them before to generally clean my oriental rugs and they always do a good professional job. I thought my rug was ruined but Azim and his son and crew took it to their shop and cleaned and restored the carpet so it looks wonderful. I highly recommend them. We recently adopted a new puppy and not surprisingly she did not come potty trained. Luckily I did a little research and found Musee LTD Oriental Rugs! Azim and Luke are a father/son duo and have saved my rugs more than once. They have both been at every pick up and delivery of my rugs with the rest of their team and have gotten out some very hard to remove stains from hard to clean rugs. While I wish that I didn’t know them so well and I hope we don’t see each other for a while, I could not recommend them more!

Cannot recommend highly enough. Bought a beautiful one-of-a-kind rug. Azim and Lili helped me - they were delightful people with deep knowledge of their rugs and a clear passion for their business. Will return soon. 10 stars.
