Ok Living — Until You Try to Park as a Visitor. Apartments are fine, but this new QR code parking system is just ridiculous. My partner lives here, and I sometimes come over for dinner or stay the night. One time, the QR code wouldn’t scan so I couldn’t register my car for the 4-hour free parking — and they still made me pay a fine. Whoever designed and built this building made a fundamental design error by putting the bin rooms on ground level directly adjoining the lobbies. The lobbies constantly smell like hot garbage mixed with dish soap. It takes away from the entire experience of living here.
