Whoever designed and built this building made a fundamental design error by putting the bin rooms on ground level directly adjoining the lobbies. The lobbies constantly smell like hot garbage mixed with dish soap. It takes away from the entire experience of living here.

Amazing place!
I’ve lived there for 12 months and loved every minute. Everything in the apartment worked and looked great. Practically new. Great spot to live! Now with Woolworths, you have everything you need on your doorstep.
