NIGHTMARE! No project management and zero quality control. There was no supervisor onsite to ensure things were being done properly. When we pointed out issues as the work was being done, Muse simply made excuses or blamed someone else. We hired Muse, therefore, they are the responsible party. They kept saying, we'll get it on the punch list. WHAT?? If there is a known issue as the work is being performed, why not resolve it then. That would be much simpler, easier and quicker.
