Very disappointing experience, especially for a Paint Your Pet event. We specifically asked a staff member upon arrival if our dog could stay, and she enthusiastically said yes. Two hours later, another staff member suddenly told us the building didn’t allow dogs. When I offered to put him in his carrier, she pointed at the door and said, “No, he needs to evacuate.” We respect any no-pet policy—the problem is that we asked first and were explicitly given permission. Super staff, and a really fun time!
I booked a day in advance and was looking forward to a paint night. However, muse paint bar decided to cancel my reservation last minute. Very unprofessional and I am highly disappointed.
I had a really great time. Very nice staff, relaxed vibe, very willing to help you out and answer questions. Great place to spend a couple of hours
We had an amazing experience at muse, the session was super cool and thanks to our instructor Anna who made the session so enjoyable… she was kind, funny and very helpful
