Great Management and Staff!
Lovely variety of units; beautiful kitchens,large closets, room sizes, under ground parking. Built a few years ago condo complex with good amenities; roof top alfresco dining, and several floors of meetup space for you and friends, over looking the Potomac. It is on southern edge of "North Old Town Alexandria" so you are not far from Old Town cafes, and shopping, etc.
Having lived all over the states and in several countries outside the states, this has been one of the most pleasurable experiences. The staff is incredibly nice and responsive and the finishings and construction is of the highest quality. Most importantly, the location is ideal for immediate access to the Mt Vernon Trail, shopping, groceries, restaurants only a few blocks away and King Street a 10 min walk along the River from the front door.
