We love living at Muse Milford. Our dog Derrick is obsessed with the two sided dog park. The staff is incredible. Last night our AC broke at 7 pm and Justin had it repaired (needed to replace major parts) and it was up and running again by noon today. Anytime something needs fixing, he’s right there to help. The full staff is great, amenities are great, and everyone is friendly. It truly feels like home.
Stopped by Muse Milford for the first time just to drop off some documents, and Sheila was super friendly and helpful. She made the whole process easy and welcoming — definitely a great first impression. I’m big on leaving reviews when I get great customer service, and she definitely deserved one!
