My visit started with a surprise twenty-five dollar add-on just to get a deep tissue. Then the massage wasn’t deep tissue at all. It was far too light. At checkout, I was pressured to tip 20% per hour based on the full price, not what I actually paid, and got argued with when I questioned it. I still tipped, but was pushed to buy a membership on the way out. I left feeling overcharged and unheard. Not to mention I only paid no more than $60 to go and she wanted me to give her more than a $20 tip.

Please don’t waste your money. I’ve been getting lash lifts on and off for several years, so I know what to expect and have always loved the results. I saw this promotion on Groupon and decided to give this place a try since it’s close to my home. A proper lash lift usually takes about 45–60 minutes. The massages themselves are great and the pricing is really reasonable, but I wouldn’t exactly call it a spa. It's anything but quiet. The rooms are separated by a 7/8th high wall and you can hear everything throughout the spa. Having your "me time" interrupted by a phone ringing every 10 minutes definitely takes away from the experience.

I drove 25 minutes to this spa (and another 25 minutes back) only to be told after arriving that they don’t accept the coupon they advertised. That is completely unacceptable and a huge waste of my time and gas. If you don’t honor coupons, make that clear upfront instead of misleading customers. Telling someone to either pay full price or leave after they’ve already made the trip is extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. Very disappointing experience.
