Muse Jennifer is a fantastic place for massages and facials. I have not tried the other services so I can’t form an opinion about they. As for the facials I am very satisfied but I must say I love their massages. Every time I leave a massage session, I feel more relaxed and refreshed. I honestly don’t know why people are complaining especially about tipping. You are supposed to tip based on the regular price and not the discounted rate at which you may have purchased a service.
What is the point of paying almost $150 for a service for them to FORCE you to tip. A tip is never guaranteed and for them to act like it is, is truly INSANE. Seeing the way they respond to customers regarding the tip being forced on them among other things is such a horrible representation of their business and a true reflection of how horrible this business is ran. NEVER coming back here again
Got a couples massage. It was not deep tissue at all. Therapists talked during my husband and my treatment. Did not ask if anywhere I wanted to focus on. Do not recommend
