I drove 25 minutes to this spa (and another 25 minutes back) only to be told after arriving that they don’t accept the coupon they advertised. That is completely unacceptable and a huge waste of my time and gas. If you don’t honor coupons, make that clear upfront instead of misleading customers. Telling someone to either pay full price or leave after they’ve already made the trip is extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. Very disappointing experience. The esthetician is very professional. I had a lot of acne before, and I came to this place through a friend’s recommendation. Today was my third session, and my acne is almost completely gone. I’m very happy with the results and highly recommend this place!
