Melissa is absolutely incredible. She helped me target my specific skin issues head on and was so knowledgeable about not only products but holistic lifestyle choices. She created such a warm, friendly atmosphere and has such a passion for what she does. The best facial experience I have ever received. So happy I found her!
I purchased a gift card as a Valentines Day gift for a facial for Valentines Day for my boyfriend. He's been complaining about the skin on his face flaking periodically for months. He's been to dermatologist who had him purchase products that were ineffective. My boyfriend RAVED about his relaxing experience with Melissa. She also suggested a new skin care routine using the products from her shop that are already proving to be working much better than the dermatologist products! I cant wait to book my own appt next.
I’d always preferred finding a Black-owned skincare spa but never seriously searched for one until I was gifted a visit to Muse Haven. Now I’m mad I didn’t go sooner. My skin feels noticeably refreshed and Melissa took the time to walk me through an actual routine tailored to me. As a guy, I thought my basic CVS products were doing the job… they weren’t. Professional, informative, and worth it. I’ll definitely be back and would recommend it to anyone trying to take their skincare seriously.
