Booked an appointment for Brazilian blowout got 3 confirmation emails. When reached the place on the day of the appointment they say they do not have my reservations. It got canceled. No notice was given that the appointment is cancelled. Even my deposit was deducted from my account(not pending). No apologies. Wasted my time. Can’t find appointments anywhere else. Got so much stress was not able to have my hair done for the baby shower.
