I have been turned down four (4) times, (twice filing on my own) & I’m presently waiting for yet another decision with the representation of Muse. All I can testify to, at this point, is the staff are friendly, good to keep me posted & always prepared to pull up my case quickly when I call them. I have PTSD, am severely bipolar (having furocious panic attacks) & am in Stage 3b Chronic Kidney Disease. I just hope & pray they eventually get my approval!

We hired Muse Disability to help us through the disbility process. They wouldnt keep us updated and didnt file ll of the paperwork they were supposed to. we had to talk to Social Security directly to get anything done. Do not use this company.
They never knew my name and after the Social Security paid them they're sending me a bill stating certain things weren't covered under the contract I would go elsewhere before I use this company ever again
