Lengthy review, but necessary. March 6, 2026 myself, my mom and my MOH (both of whom had just driven 2 hours to be there) attended to Muse for our appointment. We were told we didn’t have an appointment, and had to show proof of booking confirmation to prove that we did in fact book it for 12pm that day. Previously I’ve had wonderful experiences at Muse Bridal & so I was so excited to bring my sister here now that it’s her turn to shop for a wedding gown. However, our experience this time wasn’t the best. The stylist we had was less than welcoming and didn’t seem very knowledgeable with questions we had about the gowns and often wasn’t near our group when she needed clipped into the dress, etc. At the end of our appointment another stylist came to help out.
