Tried buying an m4, willing to and agreed on pay full price, prepared a bankdraft just for the manager to say they want to hold onto it for someone else basically to see if it sells within the day. Never gotten back to me. Update: let me know if you're actually willing to sell instead of waiting to scam some kid over a finance deal. It has been 1+ week and I am still very interested in the car, we agreed on your end, but looks like you've never replied back. If it goes through I will take down/give you a better rating.
I bought a car from Klaus and everything went very smooth. Th project was pretty complex because I'm a buyer from Quebec, so I went to see the car, fits, we make the deal and Klaus take care very professionally of the truck-shipment from Vancouver to Montreal! He did all what he said, so thanks a lot Klaus.
Klaus and his team were excellent to deal with. There were no surprises at all — everything about the vehicle matched the description perfectly. It was clean and in great shape. Klaus went above and beyond for us. He held the vehicle for a day so we could fly in to see it, picked us up, and even drove us around for lunch and to the bank. All in all, it was a great experience and a real pleasure to deal with them. Much appreciated and we are glad to have this baby home.

After witnessing what my close friend experienced with Muse Auto Sport, I strongly advise others to be careful. He purchased a 2021 Mercedes A220, a well-known and reputed model, yet suffered a serious engine failure within just a few months. Instead of support, he was met with delays, high diagnostic charges, and poor communication from management. The lack of accountability and professionalism was disappointing, and based on this experience, I would not recommend this dealership.
