After witnessing what my close friend experienced with Muse Auto Sport, I strongly advise others to be careful. He purchased a 2021 Mercedes A220, a well-known and reputed model, yet suffered a serious engine failure within just a few months. Instead of support, he was met with delays, high diagnostic charges, and poor communication from management. The lack of accountability and professionalism was disappointing, and based on this experience, I would not recommend this dealership.

I bought my first Mercedes (A220) from this dealership in May 2025. After driving only 15,000–16,000 km, a mechanic told me the engine is basically gone. This is unacceptable for a Mercedes. When I went back to their shop for help, they asked for $300–$400 just to inspect the car. If I’m paying that much, I’d rather go directly to Mercedes-Benz, not the same dealership that sold me the car. SHADY!! DONT DEAL WITH LEON!! This guy tells me his best offer is 1 price, 2 months later I message him and he tells me his best price is 2k more!! He clearly forgot what he told me previously and to top it off he didnt disclose a vehicle was wrapped, had to find other photos online from a different salesman disclosing it was wrapped.
