This is the worst practice I have ever been to. Everyone I have come into contact with, including the doctor I see (Kirby) is extremely rude. They never follow through with what they say they are going to do. I have had to call back a month later to get results they said they were going to mail a week later. Whoever is supposed to verify insurance before the appointment dates does not know what they are doing, as my insurance was not properly verified before my appointment and I had to spend 20 minutes for the lady at the fr... read more

Well im still sitting here at 4:00 waiting for my 3:00 appointment that they told me to be here at 2:30 for.
the last thing the doctor said to my son who was in severe pain was" "Too bad. There's nothing I can do for you."
