Recently, my mom needed to be admitted for observation and IV antibiotics. The process was so smooth! The staff (admitting staff, security, lab techs, nurses, physicians, ect.) was so kind and helpful, and most importantly, they were prompt! We only had to wait for lab results, which was also very quick. Mom was treated as if she was top priority--which made me feel at ease. I didn’t even want to leave 1 star! If I could rate a negative 5 star I would. Horrible customer service! Whoever works the ER phone at night is very rude and needs some training or be replaced. I just called to ask if they gave tetanus shots, she signed heavily and responded very rudely “IT’S UP TO THE ER DOCTOR IF HE WANTS TO OR NOT!” I immediately hung up, because if that’s the type of attitude customer service has then I can only imagine how the actual service would be. Pathetic excuse of an ER. Wont listen to the patient, ignores symptoms and send patients away. Also will wait to transfer you until you are near dead or dying.

My mom has been in pain since before she came to get checked out. Dr. Windford didn’t even touch her to examine her leg. Gave her a pain shot and sent her home. Then had the nerve to write on my mom’s chart to her doctor that she only wanted to come in for an mri. This place is a joke now. My mom’s still in pain as we speak and this has been over a week.
