I recently have been having some health concerns and stopped into the ER. The staff was very patience and quick. My doctor and nurses were very kind and did an amazing job with my IV. They listened to my needs and got right to helping me.
Recently, my mom needed to be admitted for observation and IV antibiotics. The process was so smooth! The staff (admitting staff, security, lab techs, nurses, physicians, ect.) was so kind and helpful, and most importantly, they were prompt! We only had to wait for lab results, which was also very quick. Mom was treated as if she was top priority--which made me feel at ease. I didn’t even want to leave 1 star! If I could rate a negative 5 star I would. Horrible customer service! Whoever works the ER phone at night is very rude and needs some training or be replaced. I just called to ask if they gave tetanus shots, she signed heavily and responded very rudely “IT’S UP TO THE ER DOCTOR IF HE WANTS TO OR NOT!” I immediately hung up, because if that’s the type of attitude customer service has then I can only imagine how the actual service would be.
