Absolutely horrible. 3 TIMES this year they have let our propane run out. We have called mutli times to ask for a delivery but they have assured us "we wont run out of propane". They let the tank get to 10% and then maybe they will fill it for you. Their customer service is horrendous. We will absolutely be switching. One of the WORST companies I have ever delt with since they sold it to superior.
Absolute trash organization since they've been purchased by SUPERIOR PLUS. They've dropped autofill monitoring from 30% to 20% to 10%. I have run out of propane TWICE in the past 3 months. No heat for over a day both instances. They wouldn't commit to sending anyone out even when I indicated there was an infant in the home. Can't wait to leave this service in the spring.
I wouldn’t even give 1 star, but the review stars don’t go lower!!! MUSCO PROPANE OF WOLCOTT IS THE WORST PROPANE COMPANY IN EXISTENCE!!!! My entire family was using Musco Fuel/Superior Propane for mixed periods of time. Through our time with this company, my self (family of 4 with 2 kids under 11), my sister in-law (with 2 small pets and a young son), as well as my elderly Aunt in-law, have been used and abused by this company. They only care about the money and not about the customer at all!! Ran out of propane and called to request an emergency delivery. I was told that I needed to pay my past due balance before they could schedule anything. I paid my past due balance and was then informed that I would have to wait 10-15 days for my delivery unless I wanted to pay $310 upfront to schedule an emergency delivery.
