My friend Jessie underwent a remarkable transformation in a short timeframe, prompting me to visit the facility, meet Ivan, and enroll in a program. I lost 50 pounds in three months. Initially, I entered the gym with significant apprehension and concern about another financial investment in my health; however, the experience has exceeded my expectations and validated Jessie’s description—it has been life-changing. I now understand how to eat, train, and maintain the motivation necessary for lifelong fitness life.
The owner, Ivan, makes you feel at home in his gym. Plenty of equipment and never over crowded. Best gym i've been to!
I’ve been going here for a while now and I can say this gym is great for people who are serious about fitness. They have so many machines packed into one space. You’ll find niche high quality machines you don’t normally see in commercial gyms. The owner Ivan is intimidating until you get to know him then you realize he’s a big softy. He cares about his gym and motivating people to reach their full potential. 5 stars

This gym saved my life! Thank you Coach Ivan and your amazing staff for all your love and support
