Model gym : model participants Friendly, helpful, human and humble. Completely the opposite of the predators at LA fitness in Robinson and around the country who try to force feed memberships trying to take away consent from people through psychological tactics Cheers !! 🥂

Wife and I been coming here for a few years. Jason, the owner, always treated us well. Equipment is solid, nice that it is 24/7, and can't beat the price. Will continue to be a member as long as I'm in the area. Old school style gym.

I trained at this gym for several years while I was a seminary student, and I am writing this review as a warning — especially for women. During my time there, the owner sent me sexually inappropriate messages on Facebook. I am not the only one: other female students from the same seminary can confirm similar experiences. In the gym itself, his behavior often involved sneaking around women, lingering, and creating an atmosphere that felt uncomfortable and unsafe. This establishment is standard for hospitality and professionalism. They support not only the community of ambridge but the military service members that visit. Truly a great gridiron Gym. Thank you Jason. -Michael
