Wife and I been coming here for a few years. Jason, the owner, always treated us well. Equipment is solid, nice that it is 24/7, and can't beat the price. Will continue to be a member as long as I'm in the area. Old school style gym.

I trained at this gym for several years while I was a seminary student, and I am writing this review as a warning — especially for women. During my time there, the owner sent me sexually inappropriate messages on Facebook. I am not the only one: other female students from the same seminary can confirm similar experiences. In the gym itself, his behavior often involved sneaking around women, lingering, and creating an atmosphere that felt uncomfortable and unsafe.
