This is my goto gym when I travel to Crockett for work. The owner, staff and members are friendly and helpful, and the equipment is excellent. The gym very clean and organized. It's nice to get in a good workout without needing to spend half your time looking for attachments and plates. I love Muscle and Curves Gym.
Their gym looks awesome & makes me feel bigger & stronger.
We joined this gym not realizing just how amazing the experience would be. The staff (especially Erin) are so professional and helpful. The owners are amazing and take time to talk to us every time we go. It’s super clean and the equipment is nice. The bathrooms are clean and beautiful. I really love going to work out. Having a place like this in a little town like Crockett is a serious blessing!!! If you want to joint a gym..run don’t walk to muscles and curves.
