PJ is the absolute best. I drive over an hour to see him and he is always able to help me out. No matter what my issue is whether it was with my back, my shoulder, PJ has me leaving feeling significantly better.
I have been working with Pj for a little over 4 years now and after our first session together I knew that I found my guy. Found PJ thru Google and I'm glad that I found him. I'll try to keep this concise. Around 9 months ago I hurt myself and have been struggling getting right again. For the past half year I've been doing light workouts (mainly just movement while cautiously avoiding anything that causes pain and/or numbness). I am not nor have I ever been an athlete. I am just a regular gym goer with an aspiration to compete in my first body building competition at the age of 58. I have been experiencing discomfort when performing certain lifts as well as the simple task of pulling a shirt over my head.
